I did receive a bad but I emailed Amazon and they overnighted me a new printer and emailed me a pre-paid RMA label. Interface Required Connector Type. Any warranty support needed would be completed by the third party that sold the product. It seems that it is a known issue with this model printer. Thus, the warranty has been removed from this product.
